Can you show me this extra layer on a schematic?  It's missing from the 50 or so drawings I have of nuke plant layouts.  No photos show it either.  They just show a containment dome with a reactor pressure vessel inside it, with a bunch of pipes, pumps, valves and vessels. -- rdh
