A few points of order. You sent this email to me after informing me that
you did not want me to email you anymore. After I read that note, I sent
you no other emails and had no intention of ever doing so. Until now. Not
because you made silly, petty, childish threats that would never stand up in
court, but simply becuase you asked me to.

All you had to do was simply & politely ask me to never email you again and
I would have obliged...as long as you never emailed me again.

Note, I didn't even respond to your email asking me to stop sending them.
That was, of course, the last email I read from you. All the other emails I
sent to you this morning were before I read your email asking me to stop.

Now, you send me this one. Prudence would only dictate that if you
considered it harassment when I send you emails, you would not send me any
for an email usually elicits some type of response.

Furthermore, one would have a hard time proving in a court of law that an
owner of a software company doesn't have the ability to kill all messages
coming from known email addresses. Not just filter them by sending them to
another folder to be viewed at a later date. No, that is inviting return
emails and does not really indicate an honest opinion that my emails are
harassment. If you honestly felt it was harassment, you would have all my
emails killed before ever reaching you. Only then if I chose to use another
email address to continue would a reasonably prudent person call that
harassment.

Then again, you are neither a reasonably prudent person nor a legal scholar.
You are, after all, the one that thought that remarks said in private emails
not sent to anyone else but you amounted to libel. I still have to laugh
when I think of that one.

Furthermore, one would have an even harder case trying to prove harassment
when none of these emails are harassing in nature and when they are based on
an issue which you have a website devoted to. If you did not like having
emails sent to you about nuclear power then you would simply not have a
website devoted to such a hot topic.

It just doesn't make sense, Russkie.

Further, be advised that all any and all messages that I have sent to you
(or parts thereof) or anyone else are hereby copyrighted and may NOT be
reproduced, transferred, or in any way whatsoever distributed. Any
infringment of this copyright is grounds for legal action. Any messages or
portions thereof that you may have that were ever sent to you from me are to
be immediately removed from your website, if posted, and any other mechanism
of relaying written information which you have any control over since those
are copy-protected words and are a violation of this copyright notice.

Additionally, any paper, email, message, or writing of any sort I have ever
written dealing with nuclear power or related issues is hereby copyrighted
and is not to be reproduced, forwarded, distributed, or posted in any way or

In other words, you may not post anything I have ever written anywhere and
you may not send anything I have ever written to anyone else.

Lastly, be advised that this will be the last email that I send to you
regardless of your response. I will likewise consider any communications
from you as harassment. Further, any communications I receive from any of
your aquantances, friends, etc. with respect to this will be considered as
harrassment before the fact committed by you.

Unlike you, I have enough intelligence to block email addresses before they
reach me instead of simply filtering them to another inbox. On a personal
note, I consider you an annoying and deceitful liar who will stoop to any
level and fabricate any lie to further your position.

I do hope that you continue your ridiculous antics, however, because the
more vocal and outrageous your lies become, the less inclined anyone will be
to believe the anti-nuke position. So, please...continue with exactly what
you are doing. You are helping the nuclear industry more than you know.

P.S. Please have your lawyers (if they exist) forward me their email
address(s) so I will have a method to contact you should I find any
violation or infringement on the copyright notice I issued above. I will
give you one (1) week from today and then I will peruse your website in
detail looking for any copyright infringement. Please make sure your
