The entire correspondence between Tim Steadham and Russell Hoffman is available for free distribution by anyone, from me, at any time. Anyone who would like to see (or publish) the collection should just ask and I'll gladly send it to them. Under no circumstances is it copyrighted by anyone. It has already been published in various places which it appears Mr. Steadham hasn't found on the Internet yet,or in bookstores, or on CD-ROM. Please feel free to continue to distribute those documents.
