I am now realizing from several emails I have received today, that this is causing exactly the kind of confusion he probably intended it to cause. It is not NIRS, but NTIRS. Mr. Steadham denounces (without justification, as far as I can tell) Nuclear Information and Resource Service (NIRS) at his web site.

The URL for NIRS is:

www.nirs.org

From what I've seen of the two of them, you can find a lot of facts at the NIRS web site, but NTIRS will leave you in tears, wishing for truth.
